Join me for a 5 minute full body daily stretching routine. Gentle exercises to increase flexibility and mobility and get you moving with ease. Perfect as a morning wake-up, pre workout or break from sitting at your computer. It's also great post workout to wind down. Daily strtetching is so important no matter what your age as keeping flexible joints and muscles helps to decrease the risk of injury. This routine is a gentle session of passive and active stretches quick enough to squeeze into anytime of day.
